InLightss is a bootstrapped Indian hardware company specialising in smart addressable LED lighting. We are not a reseller importing generic products from overseas — we design, innovate, and manufacture our own range of smart lighting products right here in India.
Our focus is on building reliable hardware, paired with trusted software — mostly open-source platforms, along with a select few apps developed by Indian developers and Indian companies. What started as a passion project funded entirely from our own savings has grown into a trusted brand serving 2,000+ happy customers across the country. We are a small, dedicated team — and that is exactly what makes us reliable. Our Story
InLightss was born out of a simple frustration: finding quality smart LED products in India often meant waiting weeks for imports, dealing with no local support, and receiving products that were never tested for Indian power conditions or use cases.
We decided to change that. With no outside investors and no big corporate backing, we built InLightss from the ground up using our own money — a true bootstrap journey. Our small team handles everything: product research and development, hardware design, assembly, quality testing, packaging, shipping, and customer support.
The products listed on our website are just a part of what we do. Our full catalogue extends well beyond what you see here — and much of our work happens behind the scenes, building smart LED addressable lighting solutions for other brands across India.

Honest About Manufacturing
Many brands claim their products are fully "Made in India" — but the raw materials for electronics (LED chips, ICs, connectors, and similar components) often come from global supply chains, mostly China. Saying everything is 100% Indian without explaining that can be misleading, and we don't believe in that.
Here is what we actually do: we design and build in India. We do not import ready-made products from other countries. We source raw materials through Indian suppliers — not by buying directly from China — and assemble everything ourselves. We develop as much as we can locally, and whenever Indian manufacturing options exist for what we need, we use them.
The honest truth is that many raw components in this industry still aren't produced in India. We would use them if they were. Until then, we stay transparent — Indian design, Indian assembly, Indian support, built from materials procured domestically, not rebranded imports.

Shipping & Delivery
We know you want your lights quickly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via registered courier services. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on weekdays are processed the next business day.
Once shipped, you receive a tracking ID and email updates so you always know where your order is.
Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is at the core of how we operate. If you receive a defective or damaged product, report it on the same day of delivery — our team will investigate and provide a solution, usually through free replacement parts shipped at no extra cost.
Order cancellations are accepted on the same day the order is placed, before shipping begins. Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
We do not believe in making returns difficult. Our focus is on resolving issues quickly and fairly, because a happy customer is worth more than a returned box.
